An article claims that there is high accuracy but more research is needed the article states that the machine is 97% accurate. The machine shows the area of the brain that lightens when the question is asked. The test was developed in the United States and researchers believe that it's harder to cheat the FMRI than the traditional polygraph because the FMRI keeps track of changes in the brain as different to the usual stress responses that link up to a lie. ...
